Borche 400T Running at Full Capacity!

After a short residence at Bowles and Walker, our new Borche 400T plastic injection moulding machine is running at full capacity! It has been fitted in to our production schedule and will be running solidly for the next few weeks with further production runs already being planned.

With the Borche 400T machines internal energy monitoring system it has also allowed us to quickly incorporate it into our energy efficiency investigation, with it already comparing well with existing smaller machines and in some cases out competing them altogether.

This increase in capacity is pushing the limitations of the size of product we can produce which is why Bowles and Walker Ltd are in contact with several of our existing customers to see where we can help them with our vastly improved machine capacity, which now means we can mould components up to 2000g.
