With the introduction of new robotics at Bowles and Walker, it has allowed our plastic injection moulding to leap in ability to produce some of our most consistent and quality parts to date, reducing rejects and speeding up production processes.
Over the last two years, Bowles and Walker Ltd have acquired and installed two modular linear robotic systems into our production process, an Arburg Multilift on our 150T machine, and a Wittmann PRIMUS16-1161 on one of our 100T machines.
With the already outstanding benefits we have seen from our robots, it will not be long before a third will join our team.
